INTO was created and is sustained through prayer and God's provision and we strive with all people according to the faith that guides us.

We operate out of a love for our fellow man, woman and child throughout the world as we are aware of the many blessings in our own lives. Our intention is to offer those in need the opportunity for a more prosperous life, while helping those who have more abundance understand the struggles and achievements of those who do not.

Through these relationships we are able to not only impact families in Ecuador on a physical level but on an emotional and spiritual level as well.  Everyone needs a support network that is consistent and welcoming.  For the men and women we serve, INTO is able to provide prayer, counsel, understanding and an ear to hear.  Our goal is to meet the whole person we work with and to minister in whatever way we are invited to empower them to overcome their circumstances. 

In the United States we are able to challenge those who pursue the love of God an invitation to love on a global scale.  We hope to illuminate their hearts and minds to the increased challenges of those outside of our country who do not have access to the resources we take for granted everyday.  Remember, we are all running in the same human race!
